LET GO.
Tuesday, March 30th, 2010
Back in studio, here’s a glance at another piece in circulation.

I got a good sitting to let loose and let the surface, material and gravity hold there own weight.

It feels refreshing to consistently work into painting, and on a daily get a diverse dynamic to creating an image, next to tattooing, drafting, or even illustration.

After a while you begin to see things differently-and everything shifts.

Paint and deliver until you see it, and most importantly……….

know when to stop.

ON SIGHT.

Here’s a look at a fresh start to Justin’s lower left sleeve….

The classic clown makeup and revolver push past iconic meanings for Justin. For him it symbolizes the ruthlessness, strength and fearless qualities that his single mother possessed when she was raising him…

Still several sessions to go, not bad for the first session.

Keep both eyes open.

In the print studio we pull up some old found glass plates Tony’s been saving for years. Not letting it go to waste he decides to print them to reveal the images, the date and era of when they are taken is still unknown……..can you take a guess?
