Strength and Honor

Thursday, October 30th, 2008

The big homie Chuco passed away last night. Chuco was indeed a solid voice whithin the tattooing community. From both artists to collectors, regardless of orientation, Chuco was always a warm hearted man. A man with history, a man with integrity, and man with influence.

Big Chuco Ride In Peace.

Kingdom of Heaven………..westside!

This was a fun little model for Image and Idea. The job was to mock-up a concept image, two things that don’t go together, then make a 3D model off of it.

My concept: Gang Bangin’ Jesus Christ…..

…the end result, a 15 inch tall sculpy Christ! Definitely one of the more entertaining assignments.

Essence over Glory

Monday, October 27th, 2008

The big homie Vince gave me the honor to do this sleeve.

Only when you lose everything can you be free. Keeping the essence to what you do letting go of ALL material things and finding peace from you worst enemy….yourself.

Thanks again to Vince and to his two bros.

Know yourself

Saturday, October 18th, 2008

-still soul searching? The homie Steve gave me the honor, death versus beauty, the growth of life and the end result-all in one. Roberto also gave me a chance to do a lion on his chest to remember his pops who passed. Take a peep.
